The MPN Consensus Report: A Roadmap to Support the MPN Community

Author: Voices of MPN
Living with a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) affects more than just physical health—it can touch nearly every aspect of a person’s daily life.
Despite significant efforts to support this community, there remains a clear need for enhanced resources and engagement to ensure individuals with MPNs feel seen, heard and valued.
That’s why a diverse group of patient advocates, healthcare professionals and organizations came together to develop the MPN Consensus Report—a resource published in February 2025 that amplifies the voices of those directly impacted by MPNs.
The most pressing issues facing the MPN community in the U.S. highlighted in the Report include:
- Navigating the emotional and social impacts of MPNs
- Bridging communication gaps between healthcare providers and people living with MPNs
- Creating inclusive materials that reflect the diverse needs of those with the diseases
Explore the full MPN Consensus Report to gain deeper insights into these issues and the recommended solutions aimed at making a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by MPNs.
The MPN Consensus Report was developed by Incyte in close collaboration with a group of individuals and organizations that advocate for people with MPNs and healthcare professionals who treat these cancers.
