PV TRACKER TOOL

Polycythemia vera, or PV, is part of a group of rare, chronic blood cancers known as myeloproliferative neoplasms (MY-ah-lo-pro-LIF-er-uh-tiv NEE-o-plaz-uhms), or MPNs. With MPNs such as PV, a person’s bone marrow does not function properly, resulting in an abnormal production of blood cells.

The PV Tracker Tool helps you track aspects of your PV, so you are prepared for discussions with your Healthcare Professional and have a record of your disease status over time. You can track your symptoms as often as you like, but a weekly review of symptoms may help you and your Healthcare Professional notice the appearance of any trends. Enter your blood test results and phlebotomy date after each test or procedure.

To begin, select one of the icons below to enter your information.
