This tracking tool can help you organize your blood test results, so that you can discuss your results with your Healthcare Professional and compare them with your target blood counts.

How to track your blood counts

  1. Use your laboratory blood test results sheet from your most recent blood test to enter your values for the specific blood type below.
  2. With the calendar function, select the date your blood was drawn for your laboratory test.
  3. For each blood count, use your device keyboard or number pad to input the laboratory value from your laboratory blood test results.
  4. Click or tap the “SAVE BLOOD COUNTS” button when finished.
